Explanation of Change

Allows html-looking value for the SAML metaIdentity text input. Makes the multiline input autoscroll to the bottom after opening the modal.

Tests

1. Go to Workspaces
2. Click on a verified domain's row
3. Open SAML settings
4. Enable SAML if it isn't already
5. Click on the Identity Provider MetaData menu item
6. Check if the input is autofocused, auto-scrolled to the end and the cursor is at the end.
7. Check if there is no "invalid character" error.
8. Close the modal, open again and check again.
