Wallet is being displayed on expense reports and never should be.

QA Steps

1. Log in as a user who is an admin of a workspace with a verified bank account and wallet
2. Have a user submit an IOU and pay the IOU with Wallet
3. Have another user submit an expense report to that workspace
4. As the workspace admin, navigate to the submitted expense report
5. Verify the "Pay" button subtitle shows the bank account number (e.g., "Bank account ending in 1234") instead of "Wallet"
6. Tap the Pay button dropdown and verify appropriate bank account payment options are available
7. Create a personal IOU between two users (not in a workspace context)
8. Verify the payer can still see "Wallet" as a payment option for the personal IOU
9. Create and view an invoice
10. Verify the invoice displays appropriate bank account information
11. Verify no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
