Explanation of Change

PR #80619 added a new plugin to the Claude config, but if you don't already have the plugin's marketplace manually added to your personal config, Claude doesn't know where to find that plugin. This fixes it by adding the Github's org and repo as a "known marketplace".

Side note: after adding this, opening Claude didn't give an error, but /doctor and /plugin still showed it couldn't load the plugin. My guess is that takes a few seconds to fetch the plugin details from the marketplace. After closing and reopening Claude, the plugin shows as correctly installed.
