[No QA] perf: remove ReportNameValuePairs selectors

Explanation of Change

Both selectors returned new object references on every Onyx update, which forced useOnyx to use expensive deepEqual comparisons. Without selectors, useOnyx falls back to cheap shallowEqual on stable raw Onyx references.
