Details

react-native-image-picker added the fileName param (among others) to their iOS API. This is important because we use it to get the file extension and successfully upload the file.

Tests

1. Navigate to Settings > Profile and tap on your avatar image.
2. Select a new image and verify that the upload succeeds and your image changes.
3. Open a chat with another user.
4. Tap on + > Add attachment
5. Test all 3 options: Take photo (only on a real device), Choose from gallery and Choose document
6. Verify that the upload works for different types of files.

If includeExtra is set to true, we will need extra device permission to read exif data from the library. We don't really need that, so I disabled it.
