Code Review - PR #83435

Overall this is a good refactor that centralizes viewport offset logic into ScreenWrapperContainer instead of scattering it across individual screens. A few concerns:

Potential double marginTop on ReportScreen

src/pages/inbox/ReportScreen.tsx (~line 319) still independently uses useViewportOffsetTop() and applies {marginTop: viewportOffsetTop} via screenWrapperStyle. Since this PR adds marginTop: viewportOffsetTop inside ScreenWrapperContainer (gated on shouldEnableMaxHeight), ReportScreen could receive a double offset if its ScreenWrapper also has shouldEnableMaxHeight enabled. Please verify this doesn't cause a regression there or include ReportScreen in this cleanup.

SearchRouterModal: paddingTop → marginTop behavioral change

The SearchRouterModal previously applied paddingTop: viewportOffsetTop on the Modal's innerContainerStyle. The centralized fix applies marginTop on ScreenWrapperContainer's inner View instead. These have different layout effects — paddingTop adds space inside the container (pushing content down while keeping background), whereas marginTop adds space outside (potentially exposing whatever is behind the container). Worth confirming this looks correct visually on mobile browsers, especially when the keyboard is open.

Removed Safari/Chrome iOS scroll compensation

The PR removes two distinct scroll-correction mechanisms:

1. The shouldAdjustScrollView + window.scrollTo logic in useViewportOffsetTop (Safari-specific)
2. The resetScrollPositionOnVisualViewport in useTackInputFocus (Chrome iOS-specific)

Both are replaced by simply tracking visualViewport.offsetTop and applying it as marginTop. This is a cleaner approach, but these workarounds were added to handle real platform bugs. Please confirm thorough testing on both Mobile Safari and Chrome iOS with keyboards opening/closing, especially in scrollable forms.
