Explanation of Change

Remove the decimals: 0 override for COP (Colombian Peso) in tests/unit/currencyList.json.

When decimals is omitted, currency formatting defaults to 2 decimals, which matches the current backend source of truth. This keeps App test data aligned with backend currency config and prevents regressions around COP decimal handling.

Remove decimals: 0 override for COP currency

COP (Colombian Peso) was configured with decimals: 0 which prevented
decimal input in New Expensify. Remove this override so the default
of 2 decimals is used, matching the updated backend configuration.

This is a minor testing change to sync the frontend for COP currency with the backend. This does not need a C+ review IMO.
