Hide crop/rotate buttons for individual odometer images

Explanation of Change

The crop and rotate functionality doesn't work properly for the Distance Expense: Odometer feature. This is not a requirement and not necessary so we are simply disabling these buttons for the odometer flow.

  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

@JmillsExpensify Hi! From what I understand Jules simply wanted to take care of it as fast as possible as pointed out in the comment here #85365 (comment), so because of that we would just hide those buttons so that users have no access to flawed controls and then fix them later. But as @DylanDylann has just said the PR actually fixing those controls is already in review here #85438 so in the end we won't be hiding them
