fix: Reports - Keyboard navigation does not work at the first/last item of Column list

Explanation of Change

Removed disableCyclicTraversal: true from useListKeyboardNav so arrow keys wrap around at list boundaries ArrowDown at the last item focuses the first, ArrowUp at the first focuses the last. This matches BaseSelectionList's default behavior (cyclic traversal enabled).

Added two test cases verifying wrap-around in both directions.
