Fix "Refused to get unsafe header" console error on cross-origin requests

Explanation of Change

Check if x-request-id is present in getAllResponseHeaders() before calling getResponseHeader(), since the latter triggers a console error on cross-origin requests where the header isn't CORS-exposed.
