fix(kimaki): allow native worktree routing

Summary

• Let the Data Machine Kimaki adapter pass through native --cwd, --worktree, and project routing while still normalizing --agent to the DM-bound build slot.
• Anchor dm-agent-sync to the WordPress site root via DATAMACHINE_SITE_PATH so repo/worktree sessions still load site-root Data Machine memory files.
• Refresh prompt and bridge snapshots for the updated Kimaki routing contract.
