Addition of DOM manipulation to pre-reqs?

According to the stop, go continue notes from late September FAC6 wanted to explicitly add some DOM manipulation stuff to the pre-reqs.

Is this still the plan? And if so, it should happen before foundersandcoders/our-site-v1-DEFUNCT#193.

@iteles I'm fairly sure we agreed on it not being on the website as pre-reqs, but more in the "before you start" package which will be sent to them - the one which contained Natalia's Git walkthrough.
