관리자 전략 등록... 기능은 기업측 필수 요구사항이라... 있어야될것같아요..

관리자 전략 페이지를 작업했습니다.
검색 기능, 필터 기능, 사진에는 없지만 승인 상태가 '승인대기'인 경우에는 '승인' 혹은 '거절'을 할 수 있는 버튼이 나오게 설계되어있습니다.
+전략 등록 페이지는 관리자쪽에 있는 게 적절하지 않은 것 같아서 뻈습니다.
