Elnura code updates for ALPs

[Lnura]

• added .err, .out, and .log in .gitignore file
• added new functions in MCParticle and Reconstructedparticle .cc and .h files
• added new variables in analysis (analysis_stage1_new.py), selections (analysis_final.py), and plotting (analysis_plots) scripts in the ALPs folder inlcuding variables that include object selections
• updated to new luminosity of the FCC Z-pole run, added option to take into account that Z-pole run is spread over 3 different CM energies
• added file "plot_sensitivity_part2_other_colliders.py" in the sensitivity_analysis folder with bounds from other collider searches for ALPs --> allows to compare results for ALP detection sensitivity with those constraints
• depending on the campaign, the root files of generated samples are not compatible with the analysis files (analysis_stage1_new.py) due to varying name of _RecoMCLink_from.index and _MCRecoAssociations_from.index or _RecoMCLink_to.index and _MCRecoAssociations_to.index --> this was fixed as well
• added new folders and files in ALP_sample_creation directory to facilitate the generation of ALP samples with different masses and couplings (for Madgraph: ALP_sample_creation/Condor_MadGraph/... and for Pythia: ALP_sample_creation/Condor_PythiaDelphes/... )
• option for nomalization of background to 1
