I took the example from https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/language-go/ and adapted it for us.

I like these changes a lot. My only question:

Is that just because it's the first time it was run? Doesn't seem to result in anything bad and some cursory googling suggests it can be ignored but just wanted to double check.

I investigated a bit but I cannot pinpoint exactly why this error is showing up. Maybe it will work at the next PR? Reading the doc https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/parallelism-faster-jobs/#splitting-by-timing-data the splitting is for parallelizing, but 1. we only have one package for now so nothing to split 2. I actually remove the parallelism from the file for now
