FZF Bindings for Powershell

Cross platform powershell bindings for fzf. Module will check if you are missing any dependency it uses.

Assumptions used

• Git functions assume you use origin/master as the main upstream branch
• Git functions assume you use dev/<your user name>/<same branch name as local as your remote branch
• Git functions assume PRs are ended with a squash
