When failing to start due to missing parameters, AbstractStage should report what stage is trying to start #232

Currently the output is logged as AbstractStage, with "Failed to read arguments" as the message, followed by an exception specifying the parameter that is missing. Only by looking at the jar name can one understand what stage is starting.
