Currently, there is no way to remove stage configuration or libraries from Hydra using the Admin Service. This means that testing out many different configurations and libraries will leave a lot of garbage data in the database.
The stage configurations can be "deleted", but this only sets the stage mode to INACTIVE. While this makes the stage invisible in the admin service, it is still stored in the database.
