- Removed IDeepCopyable and changed the signatures and accessibility of the methods which implemented it. They will now be accessed via extension methods on the public surface.
- Changed the directory separators from \ to /, which adds linux/mac support to the launchSettings.json file.
- Added a compound run configuration for Rider users to run all firely code generation in parallel.
