Rename "Support" repository to `developer-studio-support`

Context

Related to #922: In working on a consistent naming strategy, and knowing that the list/repos here are public, having a generic "Support" repository where issues can be filed is, at best, very confusing. From the outside (and even from the inside) it appears this is the place to request help with any Fiserv product, which is not the case.

Solution

Using the naming convention determined from #922, rename the "Support" repository to something indicating it is specific to Developer Studio. For example, if the naming convention is kebab-case and prefix with developer-studio, then developer-studio-support would be good. Anything but a generic "support" name would be an improvement.

Alternatives

As with #922, there isn't really an alternative. Properly naming things in a clear and consistent way is important.
