Fix found in NuGet can't find OwinAppSetup class

I tried installing Simple.Web.AspNet through NuGet, but Fix couldn't find the OwinAppSetup class (which was added automatically to my project). After cloning the repository and building Fix.dll and Fix.AspNet.dll, my Simple.Web project ran fine!
