Support PHP 8.5

Users cannot install flagsmith-php-client 5.0.0 on PHP 8.5.

UPDATE: softcreatr/jsonpath has released 1.0.0 with PHP 8.5 support.

The dependency softcreatr/jsonpath:^0.10.0 constrains PHP to versions 8.1–8.4. The upstream repository has updated the constraint to include PHP 8.5 on their main branch, but no release exists yet.

Acceptance criteria

• Users install flagsmith-php-client 5.0.0 on PHP 8.5

I opened #128 @emyller

But one test of flagsmith is failing with the 1.0 version of softcreatr/jsonpath so currently I'm using the 0.11 version.
You might want take a look (and report to @SoftCreatR) if the bug is real or on flagsmith side

It's a problem with the lib. I could reproduce it, using your test data:

Error: 'Unable to parse token '[.size$]'] in expression: .identity.traits['[.size$]']'

A short breakdown of what's the issue:

• Your input key is [$the.size$]
• The engine appears to have treated $the as a token (likely “root” $ + identifier the) even though it is inside quotes, and then the remainder becomes "[.size$]']" which breaks tokenization.

In other words: The tokenizer/parser is not honoring “single-quoted string literal” as an atomic token when it contains $ (and potentially other metacharacters).

Version 1.0.2 should fix that issue:
