No hit markers on players

Describe the bug
When shooting at and hitting a player, hit markers are not shown like they are with animals.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start a server
2. Log two users into the server
3. Shoot one player with a gun (I used an ak47)
4. See that no hit markers appear

Expected behaviour
Hit markers should be shown when hitting another player with a bullet.
