Feature/file action decryption

This commit introduces the functionality to add actions to files and subsequently decrypt those files via the introduced actions.

• A new module has been added to handle file actions, providing a clear and concise API for interaction.
• The decryption logic has been encapsulated within a separate function, ensuring modularity and ease of maintenance.

This feature enhances the application’s ability to interact with encrypted files, providing a seamless user experience while maintaining data security.
