Handle spaces in file names in command shell

FluidSynth doesn't currently handle spaces in file paths in the command shell. Should add \ escaping of ' ', '', ** and '"' and perhaps quoting of strings with double or single quote.

Escaping is not supported, but single quoting and double quoting is now supported (as of r416), so you can add whatever file name you want (I assume?).
