Problem with "loop and release" mode samples

Samples whose loop mode is "loop and release" type 3 and have loops which are silent don't play back the release portion of the sample.

I suspect this is because the silence detection routines don't take into account loop and release mode samples and therefore turn off the voice when the silent loop is detected.
