Maybe the next days, however wondering what you want to achieve with this, maybe also have a look at https://github.com/tom-englert/AutoProperties.Fody/blob/master/PropertyInterception.md, with this you can design your own property behavior and send out events as you like.

The motivation for this PR was a client who wanted to use PropertyChanging without equality checks. I don't know the details of their final application, but I think it would be convenient either way to have the option in this module, for the same reason it's convenient in PropertyChanged.Fody.
