Feature: Refactor edited date to be icon with hover tooltip for details

This would help cleanup the interface a little bit. This could also be the alternative view when logs can be collapsed. Maybe when collapsed the minutes and seconds are removed from created and then edited date gets hidden behind an icon?

This seems like it could be related to #40 what if the "details" included the "edited" history?
