Top row doesn't show popup numbers anymore

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Keyboard.
2. Check top row.

Expected behavior

The popup numbers should be visible.

Actual behavior

The popup numbers in the top row are no longer invisible.

Additional information

Downgrading AGP fixes this but it's not a solution.
