Feature description
It would be nice to have a Brazilian Portuguese keyboard layout.
Why do you want this feature?
Portuguese is one of the most used languages in the world and Brazil is the most populated portuguese speaker country.

(There is another issue regard this, but it was dismissed as not respecting the template, because of this i created this issue here, which does not broken the template rules since the previous one is invalid, hence this here doesn't count as duplicate)
