1 Go to settings and select “Use English language”
2 Select “Manage keyboard languages”

Expected behavior

Keyboard languages are shown in English

Actual behavior

Keyboard languages are shown in the system language (Italian in my case)

As a side comment, despite the keyboard languages are shown in Italian they are not sorted using the alphabetical ordering in Italian. They are sorted as if they were in English (I guess). Let me know if I need to make a separate bug report for this.
