I am not able to fully install the game, I am running KSP on 1.4.5 and it says the version is for that version of the game. CTT is not working, and I'm not able to get TechManager as well.

obviously Fractal version is not going to work in KSP 1.4.5

Instead I suggest you download KSPI Extended from https://kerbal.curseforge.com/projects/ksp-interstellar-extended/files
