fix some typo error of markdown file

• 修正 md 文件本身包含的错误。
• 补充 css 章节缺失的目录。
• 修正 json 文件中的错误。（发现方式：读取 json 时报错）
  html 章节的翻译中发现一个地方少了个逗号，一个地方多了个逗号。
