Initial release of NoteQuest

Release after 3 sprints of hard work
Goals achieved:
-Create a web-based application that allows for the storage of notes
-Allow for users to be able to upload and share notes with ease
-Allow only users with UCSC emails to be able to access our application
-Organize notes by class and professor
-Allow for users to rate other people's notes (by upvoting them)
