Refactor chat card rendering and usage #6

The chat card rendering and usage for scripts with the "button" trigger should be refactored, such that:

Item data is retrieved via system methods (ChatMessage5e.getAssociatedItem)
Rendering should be done in dnd5e.renderChatMessage instead of dnd5e.preDisplayCard.
