- To early on direct the different knowledge-level of visitor we move quickstart to the top and add a quick introduction when to use quickstart.

What is this PR and why do we need it?
To early on direct the different knowledge-level of visitors, we move quickstart to the top and add a quick introduction when to use quickstart.
This includes as well the styling fix #158
