RSPC (GAD-10) : Module Added to App

• Initially, RSPC Module is not present in the fusion-mobile version.
• Created the front end of the module given by the UI/UX designer i.e landing page, patents status page, a new research project page, and a new consultant project page.
• Successful front-end integration with the backend.
• Able to send data to the backend and then save it to the database. i.e successfully able to send newly created research project and consultant project details to the backend.
