Alphanumeric input not enabled for mess committee members form

Describe the bug
Mess manager can't type alphanumeric values in the input field in the mess committee members form

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login with email 'ayush@iiitdmj.ac.in'
2. Click on Central Mess
3. Click on mess activities
4. Click on 'Add button' in the mess committee section
5. Try typing any alphanumeric roll number value like '20bcs123'

Expected behaviour
User should be able to enter alphanumeric values since all roll numbers starting with 2020 batch are alphanumeric
