GPII-3187, GPII-3220: Added new high-contrast themes (and fixed the theme solution)

Fixed the high-contrast theme solution (GPII-3220), and the following themes have been added:

• black-brown
• gray-dark
• gray-white
• yellow-black

For them to work, the relevant .theme files need to be installed into either c:\windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes or %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes. They can be taken from gpii-wix-installer/themes, or GPII-3187.
