Transactive.xml should be good to load into the platform. The feeder ID is _503D6E20-F499-4CC7-8051-971E23D0BF79
The source file is a GridLAB-D file, found under blazegraph/test/glm/pnnl/Transactive123.glm. This is the first archived source file that isn't OpenDSS. In order to re-create the XML, use either blazegraph/test/ConvertTransactive.sh, or blazegraph/test/go.sh to re-create all CIM XML files.
