Description of changes

• Adding auditee_name to update command
• Creating update_simple_gen_field to reduce code duplication, as auditee_name and auditee_ein have similar logic
• Renaming unit test file and adding a test

How to test

• Whatever email you're testing with, make sure it's in staffusers.json before starting the app. It'll need to be in users_staffusers table to run the update command.
• Grab a disseminated submission's report_id, auditee_name, and EIN from DBeaver
• Find it in audit_singleauditchecklist too and get the sac_id
• docker compose exec web /bin/bash
• python manage.py update_after_submission --report_id <your report_id> --email <your email> --old_auditee_name <old auditee_name> --new_auditee_name foo
• Refresh DBeaver. The submission should now have an auditee_name of "foo"
• In audit_submissionevent, there should be a "fac-administrative-auditee-name-replacement" for your sac_id
• Do similar with EIN:
  • python manage.py update_after_submission --report_id <your report_id> --email <your email> --old_ein <old ein> --new_ein 999999999
• Rerunning either command should error because the old values don't match anymore
• Removing one of the new/old args should error and exit nicely
