strip cell whitespace #32
Description
When we return cells (either dimension headers, or observation cells) strip pre and postfixed whitespace (tabs, spaces, line returns - any non visible characters).
For now, just strip on returning the values (headers or obs) not pre-selection (there's a case for it, but the data the engineer is looked at not quite matching what databaker is looking at is not a door we want to open lightly).
