Messytables formatting #5
Description
We've had to monkey patch messy tables as used in Databaker in order to get around some formatting exceptions when using savepreviewhtml, see https://github.com/GSS-Cogs/gss-utils/blob/master/gssutils/__init__.py#L21-L65
Ideally, these should be pushed upstream, but that depends a little on #4 .
Less ideally, these patches would be better in Databaker than in gss-utils.
