PR Title
Adds blob storage functionality. To test, navigate to /fileUpload, choose .png file to upload, and then click "fetch image" to display the uploaded image. if no image has been uploaded by your account, fetch image will display a placeholder image (gradient-avatar.png).
.env should have added variables ACCOUNT_NAME, ACCOUNT_KEY, and CONTAINER_NAME.
