Tested on examplemod, examplemod+forceEnableMixins and Hodgepodge.
This means no more manual adding of
--tweakClass xyz.zyxfor tweaker coremods is needed to make them work in dev.It also means
forceEnableMixinsis almost a no-op, it just adds mixins to the runtime classpath (and enables debug flags if those are also enabled) if they were missing before, as no other changes to the run configuration are needed.
