Fixes GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#22428

Could this inconsistency come from an attempt at making the Illumar requirement scale for recipes producing 4, 8, or 16 of the output?

Hmm good point if crafting is 1:1 dye then it's reasonable for CA to be 1:2 dye. I think if it outputs 8 it should take 4 and if it outputs 16 it should take 8.

I thought these were all 4->4 recipes from the issue. Let's get them cleaned up like that and this should be good to go 👍.

For recipes that require 1 colour of Illumar, they now take 2/4/8 Illumar for 4/8/16 Chips.

For recipes that require 2 colours of Illumar, they now take 1/2/4 of each Illumar for 4/8/16 Chips.

This maintains the same Illumar:Chip ratio.
