Fix capitalisation in en-US localisation

This PR fixes some capitalisation errors in the en-US localisation.

As far as I can tell, these were errors, and not stylistic choices, based on the following reasoning:

• Some of the affected items are referred to both with and without capitalisation within Javadoc comments throughout the original, non-GTNH recipe definitions. This PR does not change this.
• These capitalisation inconsistencies did not align with the mods typical item name capitalisation.
