MVP1 - Users List

• As a user with the admin role I can assign and unassign the user role
• As a user with the room owner role I can assign and unassign the admin role
• Each role will displayed in their own sub section but a user will reside in the section of their highest role, so if a user has admin and user roles they would sit in the admin role but not in the users section
• The number of online users in the list is displayed on the button with a badge
