MVP1 - Canvas - Set up

Create a canvas component. This ticket is only for the front end work and no interaction with the canvas is required at presence. Just create the components and set up the initial dimensions and locations.

This component will cover a square in the center of the room like so,

The dimensions for this square should be such that there is more space to the left and right and less space to the top and bottom. It should sit centered in the room after taking into account the entity settings bar on the right hand side.

This canvas component should be a 3rd party component.

This will use vuex state to store all elements on the canvas.
