Surface subclass: plane, and tests

This PR includes:

• New plane surface subclass, will be used to define rod-plane and cylinder-plane contact classes that will replace InteractionPlane, AnistropicFrictionalPlane and InteractionPlaneRigidBody in interaction.
• Plane object initialization test.
